Never Received Response or Items

I ordered two dresses on January 7, 2022. Never received a confirmation email or receipt. On February 17th, 2022 I received an email with a tracking number but every time I clicked on it it just said it was in pre-transit. I emailed them on March 16th and April 25th with no response. I just tried to go to their website and it doesn't even exist anymore. It's now May 18th, 2022 and I have not received my items or any response. I have disputed the purchase with my bank and hoping they refund me. 100% a Chinese scam site.

Scam & Fighting Credit Card on Disputed Charge

Ordered 4 princess dresses Nov 2021. Asked for tracking number mid-December, didn't get one till 1/8. After many nagging emails package finally shipped mid-February. Wrong items arrived (2 dresses that weren't on their website and were cheap crap from China). Asked for a refund, was offered a replacement. Came up with a million reasons why replacement hadn't shipped yet before I insisted on a refund. Was told at the end of Feb that I would be refunded in 10-14 days. Never was. Filed a dispute with my credit card company and they had the gall to say I authorized the charge and the package arrived, despite the fact that they told me I would be refunded. Continuing to fight with my credit card company to get my money back.

Skylar and Sage won’t send anything

I placed an order for three dresses in the beginning of January. In February 3rd, I asked for an update. Then I got a shipment tracking number. USPS didn’t actually they the shipment until feb 17th after anothe left email from me to Skylar and Sage. Shipment came with 1 dress. It was the wrong style and the wrong size. I emailed again, and they seemed like it would be resolved after I had to send photographic evidence of their mistake. They told me to keep the wrong dress they sent and they would ship mine out. That was the last I heard from them over a month ago. Now they won’t respond at all. I’ve asked for a refund, asked for a follow up, anything without any response! Don’t order from them. They just take your money.

Never received order

Ordered 3 or 4 princess dresses for a Christmas gift. Received an email jan 8 2022 that the package had been shipped. Never attived, can not find copy of order online now.

I ordered in late January and still haven't received anything. They emailed me once saying they had two Covid quarantines and had to shut down. They said I'd receive a shipment notification that week(February 16) and I have not gotten anything. I asked for a return today. Sounds like they aren't real...

Questionable store

I ordered 2 dresses back in January. I had to email them around 3 times asking for tracking information and about my order being delayed before I got sent the wrong order. I emailed them right away and they said they would take care of it. It's now 2 weeks later, I've gotten nothing and they have stopped responding to my emails. They deleted my comment off Facebook and their website won't let you post a bad review.

Skylar & Sage is a scam

I ordered 2 princess dresses 7 weeks ago. I emailed then 2 weeks after my order to ask when I could expect my order. They did reply, but nothing came. I emailed again, and got another story.
Weeks later I commented on their Instagram- they have now deleted my comment & blocked me on the app. Before they blocked me I saw several other comments with the same situation as mine. Do not order from them! They are scamming people.

Order does not match purchase, no customer support follow through

I ordered three princess/mouse dresses from here after seeing a Facebook ad from the company. After a month without receiving the dress, I emailed customer service, who responded in what seemed like a helpful way. A few weeks later I received a dress from China that was not one of the three I ordered. After sending multiple email messages to customer service, I have received no response. Very sketchy. Don't order from them!

Shady company

I ordered a princess dress from here after seeing an Instagram ad from the company. After a month without receiving the dress, I emailed customer service, who responded in poorly written English with a lot of excuses. A few weeks later I received a dress from China that was nothing like the one I ordered. Very sketchy. Don't order from them!

Fake Company

Company is not real. They keep opening under a different name with the same website set up. I was scammed when the company was named Ollie &Olivia. I've received ads on Facebook for their other sites including Little Lovelys, Lillie Jane, and now Skylar & Sage. Each website looks the same and closes about 2 months after I get the Facebook ad.
