I Signed up for Credit slab credit fix, paid 499 amounts to sign up, and 49 amounts per month to build up my credit in Feb of 2016. I was told by the rep I could leave at any time there is no time limit. Sure you can leave, but when I tried to leave they throw these made up 'loan' documents in my face. I have attatched the original document titled nulife then skycap sent me a document with my signature copied and pasted which is different from the document I actually signed. They copied and pasted my signature to these documents of Skycap Financial Group which I did no initially know about. The loans are made out buy a company called 'Sky cap Financial' at 4500$+ 29% interest! I was told of no loan at time of signing, nothing was transferred into my account because I did not apply for any loan. These people skycap work hand in hand with Credit lab to scam the public. The agents at Credit slab first mislead you and never mention Skycap Financial and their 4500+ loans. They never told me that I had to pay for a tablet and to improve my credit which neither happened. I cancelled my membership less than a few weeks later on May 6/16 with *** *** *** who stated I was obligated to pay the outstanding balance for a loan that I never received. They call it membership fees of 2656.30 paid by a third party member I'm assuming would be skycap who I had never heard of or signed a contract with paid these fees on my behalf for services I never received. In clause 6.0 of the contract Termination of membership

it states that this is a pre paid membership financed by a third party lender who copied and pasted my signature to the contract that I coulndnt terminate the financing agreement but the membership and the financing agreement are the same fees. Further in this clause it states if the member wished to cancel the membership I would have to talk to someone which I did ( ***)and cash slab would repay the pro rated amount of fees back to the lender releasing the member from further obligation which I have done.

Now I keep getting calls that my financing is over 5,000 with daily interest.This group SkyCap has never given me any money and I have never signed any contract with them. As I said they copied and pasted my signature from Credit Slab

I thought I was getting a loan with this company. Instead it’s been pay money. I tried cancelling in the time frame and was denied.. again pay money. I have hardly been sent emails but they attack your credit. I work hard for my credit and I have asked for this to stop. They don’t help you but put you further in debt with our credits as collateral .. us Canadians are being scammed by this horrible company and I want my money back and credit

They never told me that I had to pay for imaginary products. They told me that in a year I could cancel but they never told me in that I have to pay skycap thousands of dollars. They have drained my CIBC account to Zero and now are getting into another debt.

When I tried to tell them that am going to stop these payments from my bank, one by names of Jen Van Hoop threaten me that Skycap would ruin my credit the next 7 years. This group Skypa has never given me any money and I have never signed any contract with them. As I said they copied and pasted my signature from Credit Slab.
