I was trying to cancel an Expedia booking and a company called Sky Lance LLC purported to represent this company, they even had a picture of my airline and rental car information which helped in securing the fraud. I had to cancel my trip last minute because my daughter who had recently been diagnosed with brain cancer had to shift her care schedule abruptly and I would not have been able to see her. This company Sky Lance LLC was aware of this situation but proceeded with their con regardless. I had originally found what I thought was the Expedia customer service number from a LinkedIn page. I was told I could cancel the itinerary if I paid a fine of $250.00 and they sent me a Docusign form to secure my agreement with the fine to secure a cancellation of said itinerary. Despicable hardly describes these black hearted people, the man who handled this con was named Rayon.

This company pretends to be Expedia, they sold us British Airways tickets that were not valid to fly.
