I clicked on an Instagram link claiming a flash sale, after ordering, I realized that the URL didn't match the online store they were fronting as.(Lucy and Yak) I immediately requested a refund, but was told that my order was already being processed so I was unable to get a refund until I received the items and sent them back. My tracking number claims that my package was delivered, but I have yet to receive anything. I ordered in late-December/early-January and it is currently June 1st as of me typing this. I just re-emailed their support email to see if I can get my money back, but my hopes aren't being held very high. Skirtvibez is a scam! I have recently had to update my card so my money is safe, but they still have access to the basic payment and shipping information that I provided when ordering. I feel stupid when I think about it now, but I am also now more cautious of the URLs and links that I click on, so at least a lesson has been learned.

there was a facebook add for lucy &yak products for $3.99 and then later realized it was a fake site called skirtvibez
