Skillfulg ran an ad advertising a product, a custom knife set to be specific. Upon completion of the purchase I took a screenshot showing the "tracking number" that they provided. A while later I went to their website "skillfulg.com" and clicked the link to track my order. Upon entering the number they had provided, an error message stating "Could Not Find Order" was displayed. I contacted their customer service email address, only for them to respond with obvious auto-generated replies that avoid answering any of my concerns. They were unable to confirm my order details or provide me with shipping information. When I more assertively asked them to confirm that they were not a scam at risk of being reported, they ceased communication with me. I started a ticket with PayPal to request a refund through their portal. I can provide screenshots of my purchase and our communications.
