Preorder advertised with a turn around time of 4-6 weeks. This zippy for my son was ordered in August and “shipped “ at the end of December. My shipping address was correct and yet the tracking number they gave me wasn’t correct with the same delivery address. My husband is my mail carrier and I am a supervisor in a sister office for the United States postal service. This entire company preorder was a scam. I saw the parcel that was sent and the address was completely incorrect as well as the item inside being completely incorrect. I emailed customer service and told them I had screenshots of everything and they didn’t send me my item asking for a replacement or a refund and they responded saying that it was the post office at fault and to try to file a claim knowing too much time had passed to be able to file a claim. They showed no remorse or compassion for the issue I was having and gave no effort to resolve the issue.
