The scammer advertised on Facebook diamond name necklaces. I purchased four necklaces on February 21, 2024. I sent an email in March requesting a status on my order. I received an email stating that my order was still in production and I checked the status online and received a messsge it was still in production and as soon as it’s done, I would receive a shipping confirmation email with shipping details. I tried to call and now the number is disconnected. I sent two more emails and no response.

I ordered a bracelet via their website and after paying the confirmation stated I will receive an email with updates on when my order ships. I never received an email and the tracking number has not been updating since November 2, 2023. It has been more than 10 days after I made the purchase and still have not received my order. I have contacted them through their “contact us” link on their website, via Facebook, and Instagram and they have not responded. Their is a review on their Facebook account about another customer purchasing an item from this company and never received their item as well as their tracking number as not been updating. Another Tik Tok reviewer stated it was a scam and to not trust this website/buisness.
