Said they’d help me with my case if I paid them $350 and enrolled with them. Heard nothing after I paid them, useless. No service provided. Went to court by myself. Could’ve saved $350. Bogus

Yes I believe you lost YOUR case and wanted a refund... refund is only for clients who get their case dismissed it is on the contract ...I believe your mother spoke with me and wanted us to help you get the IID WE NEVER GOT A CALL BACK AS WELL AS WE TRIED CALLING YOU SEVERAL TIMES WITH NO ANSWER .

They claim that they can help me keep my license throughout my sentence. Once I made the payment I received no services. I went to dmv court and they said they had no record of me signing up for this program. I checked the website to see how to contact them and I noticed no email or address was provided on the website. They first contacted me from 714-660-5200 by phone, then texted me afterwards. I texted them back asking why I haven’t received any services and they won’t text me back now. Also when I made the payment, I noticed there was nothing to connect me to my DUI case, wouldn’t they need that information to help me?
