A gentleman name Anthony Miller from Simple Aid Solutions called to assist me with lowering my student loan payment and help with getting majority of my student loans forgiven. I asked him if this was a consolidation loan program and was told no. I reviewed the paperwork via text as a DocuSign and read where it mentioned consolidation of loans and now I feel very suspicious. They charge you a processing fee of $1,120.00 for the underwriting team which does not go towards the payment of your student loans. They also had access to the federal student loan page and provided me with login information and told me to reset my password after for security purposes. Please advise others. I saw their advertisement on Facebook.

The scammer said they were a student loan forgiveness program and that I qualified for loan forgiveness due to my income. They said they would lower my payments from $900 a month to $68.52 over the span of 7 years. I had to pay an enrollment fee of $890 in which they broke down into 3 payments of $296. The first payment had already posted and the next payment is scheduled for Aug 2, 2024. The third payment is scheduled on Sept 13, 2024. They asked for 2 paystubs and employment verification from my job.
