Hello Investor,
We deeply apologize for this sudden development. We did not foresee a congestion happening. We had a whole lot of new investors on the 0.1 btc for 1.5 btc and that caused a lag on our system, our tech team are working to put this under control and while this is being treated, we have merged all 0.1 investor for the last 48hrs to the 0,5 plan and started paying out those that have made the switch.
Asides the discount given for the merge, we have also made sure we pay out new customers who were caught up in the issue 6 - 8 hours after the merging.
As regards a refund sir, we can not offer a refund at this said time sir.
