A salesman at a kiosk in the Mall suddenly aggressively escorted me into the Introstem storefront. He told the person there that I bought two of his hair appliances and to give me a “good deal”. The store was Introstem, a franchise location. At that time the man by the name of Oliver at Introstem got me into a chair and began applying face cream under my eyes. I immediately objected saying I needed to leave and he began putting his hand on my thigh while I was seated. Oliver talked incessantly while hard selling the products and repeatedly putting and keeping his hand on my thigh. Having again be caught off guard by this aggressive behavior and physical contact from both of these men I became very nervous and I felt compelled to get out of there safely and as soon as possible. Unfortunately, feeling this anxious I agreed to purchase a package of facial products for $450.David appeared about five minutes later from another door. He began telling me all the reasons I needed to purchase more products that would give me something like a facelift. A collagen mask was then applied to my face! David assumed I would be buying the products and told me everything was around $7,000. I said I don’t even think I have access to that kind of money and don't want them. He said I should call the bank and I took my bank card out of my wallet to access the Customer Service number. Since I didn’t have my glasses David read the phone number off the Redwood Credit Union bankcard so I could call. While I was on the phone with the bank David apparently still had my bankcard with him and went to the front of the store. I have no recollection of agreeing to any transactions. While still on the phone with RCU customer service they told me all the money (around $3k) had just been taken out of my account for a sale at Introstem. David then came into the back room and said I needed to transfer funds into my checking account to meet the full cost of the purchase. Since it was New Year’s Eve I was concerned that now there was no money in my account I had best transfer funds. While still on the phone with RCU customer service I requested a transfer from my savings for about $6,000. At that time David at Introstem charged another $5,000 for the purchase.
