I did attempt several times to contact the website !!! Their website is set up to not have any immediate direct contact with customer service purposely to delay customers from unsubscribing. They delay by taking up to 48 or more hours to respond. There is no customer service number available. When you Google it, the number comes up and when you dial it, they say it’s a number where you won $100 but they will not give you customer service contact number without you accepting the offer. There is no unsubscribe button on purpose!! Even if you Delete your profile, they do not unsubscribe you. The button they have to unsubscribe only puts you in a continual loop back to the website. They do not send reminder emails of an automatic renewal. Neither is it very evident when you sign on initially. I did not authorize a renewal and they say it’s automatic but there is no place on the entire website to unsubscribe automatically. They do not even send reminders to avert anyone attempting unsubscribing. They Make it as inconvenient as possible to contact them and to finally get unsubscribed. It’s taking advantage of the older population to keep automatically taking money out of an account and making it Very difficult to unsubscribe In a timely fashion.
