Type of a scam Credit Repair/Debt Relief

Somehow an elderly relative of mine was diverted to this company online from their initial internet search for Signature One (a reputable company). Signature Servicing lifted the logo from Signature One and created a website intended to look like Signature One. Signature Servicing promised to negotiate a lower monthly payment for credit cards, took all my loved one's personal information and got him to sign an agreement giving Signature Servicing authority to control the credit cards. Needless to say, the bills were not addressed and accrued hefty late fees. Signature Servicing thereafter was unreachable by phone or mail. A quick internet search shows that the address is associated with multiple businesses which are no longer active and which have complaints against them. The person associated with these businesses is Anthony Pascarella. My loved one is still in the thick of this mess and it is unknown how much damage has been incurred thus far.
