1) Based on your username, I'm assuming your name is Shawn S. born in 1998. We don't have any customers in our data base that matches this.
2) We are not aware of any customer of ours threatening police/legal action against us.
3) Your username configuration and review post dates correlate strongly with other users on this site, namely MarkS72 and EricS86. These two users have posted scam reviews to another company called Reliant Container Corporation. EricS86 has self-identified in his review there as Eric from Secure Container Solutions, a competitor company. Given that EricS86 is a competitor, the validity of any reviews from his pseudonym accounts are highly questionable given the obvious conflict of interest.
We strongly support consumers to do research on who they want to do business with, and we are happy to cooperate and assist them in making informed decisions. It is disgusting to see consumers be robbed of their hard earned money by shady businesses, and equally disappointing to see legitimate businesses be slandered by shady persons posing as "customers".
