I inquired about a rental property in San Diego on Redfin. I received a text from someone named "Adam" saying there was a pre-screening application for $50 that was required in order to view the property. I thought that was odd so I googled the phone number he used (562) 478-8311 & saw there was an additional report for that number that they also attempted to scam with the same scheme.
