Ordered three blouses from online site on 2/26/24. Have only received one of the items ordered and it was not as described. After emailing the company (the only source of contact), I was told the order could not be cancelled. This site is a total scam.

Made a purchase January 28, 2024 waited until march 21 to reach out about my order. It is now April 8 and I still have not received my order nor any communication from this company. After further search it looks like this is a scam. Beware of this “company”.

This shop site is Southern Ivy Boutique. When you search for this in the search bar it pulls up a different company by that name. That is how it got by me when I checked reviews. I missed that there is no address attached to the website. You find it listed under shopsassygrace.com. Looking up the reviews under that name they are not good.

It took a month and 18 days to arrive. Ordered 11/12/2023 I was in contact with them and they just kept saying wait a little longer. The payment was done through the Shop App. It finally showed up on 12/19/2023. The product received vs the picture on the site is a completely different color. It is cheap and the only tag on one shirt is a little "L" for size.

I am not trying to send them back as I do not want the headache. The merchandise simply isn't what I thought I was getting. I just want others to know and not waist their money. I was communicating with someone named Chelsea.

They use Facebook as a Boutique ,no mention of China, Return policy is vague and misleading. one of the packages ,only received one of two and product was not as described. Horrible quality for price point. I was offered 15% refund . Package came fro New Jersey under different name and was told I could send back to Room 502, no858 Boyuan Road, jading District, Shanghai, China 201812 Name is Zheng Li .Extremely misleading !!!
