Phantom company

I ordered the Vertical Climb Reform Machine on 1/24/25 and have not received it yet. Every time I reach out to the seller, they send a generic email and never address the issue I am writing about. I requested cancellation of the membership 3 times and a refund of my purchase since I have not received it and again, they send a generic response about how frustrating delays can be.
No phone number and it's obvious that they are using AI to respond to my inquiries.

Advertising on Facebook for a home exercise machine, called a, Vertical Climb Reform Machine. Never received item. Emailed about the matter. They responded with no resolution saying it was delivered to my address when it was not. I added parcel protection to my order for an occurrence like this and that did not help. Apparently this is an ongoing scam with this fake company. I wish I would have done my homework on them.
