Type of a scam Retail Business

I ordered something and it has been two months. They then took money out of my account for some subscription I allegedly signed up for.

Then some random customer support person named Mary kept telling me she was sorry and saying they would give me a 25% refund. This place is a joke and needs to be shut down/

I saw this advertisement on TikTok and thought it was legit. I placed my order for $39.99. Each time I checked the tracking number it posted, a message of, Oops, something went wrong. Over and over again to no avail. I reached out asking where is my package? Some individual by the name of Mary replied with saying oh, our records show that it was delivered to Douglasville, GA but not to the exact address on the order. I asked that they ship me another one and then received an alert from my credit card stating there was suspicious activity, please confirm that you tried to purchase something from Savelo. I declined the transaction and asked for a replacement card. I sent another message asking them to give me my refund and I received a message that they can give me 25%. I said no, I want the whole refund since I did not receive the product. It's a scam!

Online Retailer Scam

Instagram post for Pilates reformer. They send fake tracking number then change it. Ships out item from china as tracking read. Item is ship to another city and address. They use different name sponsors on instagram trying to imitate the Lhanel website which sells it for $169.00. My credit card statement says sivalo instead of Savalo which is some type of cash app site.
