saw an ad for a watch on Facebook. I bought the watch and the watch I received was completely different than the watch .I saw. I reached out to the company numerous times and even got one correspondence back with the order number. After that they said I wasnt eligible for a return bc the watch that Your claim has been reviewed by our internal team and has been Not Approved. The reason for the claim not being approved is: Claim Reason Does Not Fall Under 1 Year Guarantee.was not means refund. I just two days and ask full refund. There no phone and no physical address.
