The scammer shopped one item within 3-4 day shipping window that was promised and shipped the second 8 days after the order was placed (much later than promised shipping date). Asked scammer multiple times for return address (website said they did returns) and they did not reply for days on end. Had to state that I would dispute claim. Then they replied and said that I could only exchange, which contradicted website. Finally sent address to exchange, but I just mailed back items and disputed claim because they lied numerous times. Quality was also atrocious and I paid a lot of money.

I purchased an item online from this person. Prior to delivery, the individual responded to my email. After I conveyed that I wanted a refund, the person ceased all contact. I have tried many times to contact the individual regarding receiving my money back. She is attempting to keep my money.
