Water proof drone

Purchased a drone for my grandson from soofancy only to find out it was sent through a 3rd party. After waiting for a month for an estimated delivery date. I finally contacted them and their support team sent me a link. After another month soofancy apologised and offered a $5 because of the delay. I finally received the drone only to find out it was missing the second battery and the carrying case it had listed. Doing some research I found out for that cost I could purchase 5 drones. Soofancy again apologised saying there was nothing they could do and offered $10 this time. What a joke. The best part is they will no longer reply any of my emails, never sent a dime. CANT BELIEVE THESES COMPANIES CAN CONTINUE OPERATING!

shopgoodyy.com is a website that uses Bait and Switch tactics. They appeal to every holiday shoppers (Xmas, Halloween, Easter) with fake 5-star reviews, and a constant fake updating message which purports to notify you of others in the USA who have just bought the item. They will send you something, but it will be a very cheap and toxic stinking product worth a few dollars. You may try to complain and appeal to their morals, honor in fair business practice. They will stall and suggest, evade and possibly offer a few dollars in compensation telling you to "quit wasting time and keep the product". They will repeatedly ask what is wrong with the product that was sent, it can still be used, so use it. Beware of any site that does not ship to you in a few days from the USA. Beware of any site that has a strange spelling for it's name, eg: shopgoodyy (to y's).
