I was trying to purchase an item of clothing from this site as I saw that it had good reviews. As soon as I submitted my payment I felt uneasy because it did not list the company's name that received my payment, but instead listed a personal name (Nichelle Scott). Once I received my confirmation number, I was also was given a tracking number but had issues pulling up the tracking information. I was informed that my purchase would take 7-14 business days to receive my order (I made the order on 12/3/23). I did not receive it. I tried to call but realized they had no number listed on their website. I tried to reach out via direct message on their website and no one responded. I emailed three times and no response. A month later, I received a response saying "they were delayed because of black Friday sale and expect to see your order in 3-4 days". This email was sent to me on 12/26/23. I still haven't received my order, I emailed them back to inform them that I still haven't receive my order and asked for a refund and still have yet to hear from anyone.
