I bought a blender from Facebook ad on 05/27/2024 for $19.99. I went to their website on 06/24/2024 to contact them; asking for shipping status as I still have not received the product. I indicated that I will dispute the charge with my credit card company if I don’t get the product I paid for.

They responded the next day and said they will send me to debt collection if I dispute the charge. They did not provide a status or solution. I’m fairly certain this is a scam business.

I placed an order April 30th through a Facebook sponsored ad, they claimed delayed delivery when the first ETA came and went, after a few mroe weeks I emailed and messaged through their site for an update, sent several of those requests but no reply. I then started sending CANCEL & REFUND requests through email and site, still no reply. Now they're claiming it was delivered. It definitely wasn't. I work from home and have security cameras. The only correspondence I have from Cutify is the confirmation of purchase - order #CTF25654

Hi my name is Michelle Louis Jean, I order a portable smoothie Blender from this company shop cutify. It been 3 weeks plus never received my order. They sent me an email stated that their blender is out of stock, and I won't received, my order for two month. I requested my full refund, still nothing yet from their end .I would like to repost this issue, because this is a tough time for myself as a single mother, with no full time job. Please someone help me.

I purchased two blenders on Aug 4th. for $34.99. I never received the blenders. I contacted their customer services online and they sent me a response saying they would send me a refund and still ship the blenders. Aug 28th. Still not blenders so I contacted them again a week later. They sent me the EXACT same canned email saying they would issue me a refund and still send the blenders. I still have no refund or blenders. I went on to Facebook to see what others experience are and they are the same. No product, no refund. This company is just taking money and not delivering products. They have no phone number. They only have a customer service email and it comes up with the same stupid response no matter what I do. I am not able upload a file to your site here.

I purchased 1 hand blender from Cutify on Facebook on July 22. I attempted to contact the company a week later by email and no one would respond. I then found them on fb and contacted through their instant message. I was promised the blender was in the mail. It didn’t come a week later and I found lots of exact complaints on fb. So I fought the charge on my credit card and got my money back. But they are making money on people who use debit cards. [email protected] Is the email address I used. “Sophie” did finally email me back with the same response: it’s in the mail. But no blender a month later.
