I placed an order on august 6th. I followed up the first time to get an ETA on when my order would ship and was told my order was still being processed but would be “flagged” to ensure it was expedited in the processing stage. I let a several more days pass and realized I still hadn’t received a tracking number so I reached back out asking about an ETA for when my order would be shipped. I was told it was STILL being processed. At this point, 2 weeks had passed and still not even a tracking number. Once I didn’t get an eta on when my order would even ship out, I asked for my order to be cancelled and requested a refund. I literally haven’t heard back from them since then.

They were very good at replying to emails up until this point… how ironic.
