Omg thank god I found your articles, I thought I was going mad, I have been so vulnerable, they have stole 700 pounds off me, I purchased some meds, when I didnt receive them I tried to chase my product, they said they couldn't ship the item so there was no insurance paid for it to be shipped, they threatened me with customs and said because it was meds they wouldn't advice to leave the product at customs, they threatened me with solicitors etc, then I still didn't receive product after paying a big amount for insurance they said I would get 80% back when goods were received but obviously again did not receive them, then I was so nieve and vulnerable after they emailed me i had to pay tax on it before product could be sent, at this point I just wanted it all to end and paid another large amount, guess I never received any such goods, I don't thing they ever intended to, they are crooks laundering money, the same people go on different names, so please if we can stop them xnd spread the word about, this is a serious crime

The same happened to me! In Feb, I was beside myself. I was also told that if I had a family I was going to lose them an all. They threatened to extradite me to the Ukraine! Low and behold, I've had another email tonight (bearing in mind I've not heard anything from them for 6 weeks since I realised it was a scam). They've emailed saying that they are testing the drugs and advised me to get legal advice. Is it an Amy Adams and Alexandre Larkin you were getting the emails off? Shipping company is Easternways? The website for the shipping company isn't even legit and I wish I realised that from the start!

Why don't we all comment on each video he posts on YOUTUBE saying "WHERE IS MY MERCH? OR ARE YOU SCAMMING YOUR MEMBERS? I just left one on his last video. I am furious and wish I had never ordered - son v upset.

Placed an order 2 months ago and still have not received the product even though my card was charged the same day order was placed. I received a tracking number a few days after order was placed as well but there have not been any updates on it at all. I contacted customer service several times. A few times I did not receive responses and other couole of times the delay was blamed on covid delays which is a lie because I have already received numerous other packages from all over the world which also had covid delays and those orders were even placed after this one. They will not ossue a refund to me either. I finally looked up and found their Facebook page today and it turns out there are numerous people with the same exact story as me. Some pekple even claim that this business has tried to make additional charges on their cards! Please shut this business down!!!

I had the same experience as victim 28806 above Placed order April 28,2020 and as of June 12, 2020 have not received. Paid by debit/credit card. Will probably have no recourse in getting my money back. Called the number they have posted and response is they will return my call in the next 6 hours. What is Facebook number to report this?

This online “store” appeared in a Facebook advertisement and I placed an order for a product through their website based on the ad. The order was placed more than 35 days ago. I received an email confirmation for the order, then an email claiming the order had been shipped with a tracking number that led to a suspect tracking app claiming the package had been “picked up” at a facility in California a few days later. The tracking information has never been updated since. I have received two more emails claiming shipping delays are being caused by COVID-19 and offering discount coupons and when I responded to one of those to ask for a refund because I still have never seen a package from them, I was informed that they could not provide a refund because my order had “already shipped.” I then discovered that they had changed the URL for their store as well, so I was no longer able to visit the part of their website that contained my order information. I will be requesting a stop payment through with my bank and reporting this “company” to Facebook as well.
