The company uses stolen videos and images from brand names to mimic the expected quality of the product. However, the product I recieved as a customer was a cheap knock off. I figured out later that the sandals I thought I was buying were actually Skechers. I did not think I was buying the name brand. I just thought i was getting the arch support and cushioning shown in the ad. I contacted them multiple times for a shipping address to return the product and they have not responded.

This website does not seem legitimate - prices way too low.

I almost purchased an item but decided to check for the legitimate Hoka site. This appears to be a very good fake! Not sure what can be done, reporting it here. I did provide my e-mail, cell number, and address to register to add an item to the cart (went back and changed the information after I was skeptical of the site).

The scammer send invoice, from fake website offering discount sneakers using the name "ANISHA D'COSTA", charging $96.99 for a Oncept brand Sneakers at a discount. The fake website offers fake business address, and an incomplete business phone number for alledged customer service support. The phone list as, " Contact Details: 589431479", missing a number and the fake business address as, "1501 S Edwards St, Wichita, KS 67213". The website and the names do not match, Contact Us - Shoe Market NYC Sales - https://www.nycs-stores.com, & "Shoe Market NYC",. All fake and fraudulent to steal your money. Do not fall for this.

I bought a pair of shoes but they did not fit. I wrote to the company to see how I could return them. They said since it would cost $50-80 to return to China, would I be willing to receive $8.00 instead. They did provide a return address in China with instructions.
