Ship auto now LLC scammed me with a ridiculous quote. They were supposed pick up my car today. Early this morning the lady sends me pics of some random truck parts on the side of the road now they are demanding $200 cancellation fee. They were not even going to get here today. And i fly out tomorrow

Initially was quoted a total of $900 to ship my car from California to Massachusetts. A day before the driver was supposed to pick up the car, they went back on their word regarding price stating that the new delivery would be “around $1550”. I stated to them I wanted the $200 deposit back and they refused to accept my request instead stating other companies would charge the same amount and I should still go through with their company. There was absolutely no response to getting the deposit back and insisting I use their company.

I attempted to move my vehicle and was told a set price multiple times! Even have it through text messages. This person kept changing the pick up and kept requesting more money saying the driver is asking for more money. I refused to pay any more money than I already had for the deposit. Everything seemed sketchy. Then when I had asked for a refund she proceeded to say she didn’t need my 100$ but then sent an email stating I would have to pay more money for a cancellation !!!!!! I refuse to pay anything else to this scam. I have reported this and canceled all my credit cards just in case. Please do not become a victim to this company !!!!

Offered to ship my truck from Florida to Ohio, did not ship on original date 02/26/2023 , they rescheduled for 02/27/2023. Upped the price 300 percent, was $500 , price went to $1500. Tried to negotiate, no avail. Will not let me out of contract. Scamme from the start, company out of New York, I believe.
