Ship alliance Ltd and Mk Daniel Thompson

My husband sent 450 dollars to purchase a yorkie puppy from Mk, through a facebook group about finding yorkie puppies. After a lot of back and forth ship alliance Ltd contacted my husband saying they had our puppy and wanted 1,550 to get her to us. After we say no Mk blocked us on Facebook, I email ship alliance thinking they were legit and they responded by saying that they had my puppy and would ship it to me. I told them to give me the address and I’d be on a plane to get her and I have not heard from them since. They are saying they work with ups, fedex, and other big brands. I messaged them as well.

This was supposed to be the shipper for a puppy. After they said the shipment began, there was a request for $1550 fully refundable for insurance. After that came the request for an additional $3000 for a permit that would again be fully refundable. Alliance was constantly sending text messages for payment balance, insisting the puppy was in transit and stuck awaiting the permit, and that she was going to be taken by the animal control agency.
