Ad on Facebook describing a clearance item from a company I bought from before named V***. It was a diesel heater used to heat garages. The ad was in the form of a video review of the item. The order form was very similar to other online sales. Provided my name, address and credit card info. Received an order confirmation email shortly after making order. Tried to follow up this week with an email to their provided contact link. Was informed link was no longer valid.

They had a Facebook ad Bath and Body Work candle sale. I purchased $40.60 in candles on November 11,2023 and still haven't received my order and I used my CapitalOne card and it showed up on my statement Description: SHINEEYON.COM. I called the website phone number and the representative due you remember you order and I said Bath and Body Work Candles. He responded back, we don't sell candles.

I ordered a last minute Christmas gift through an FB ad. I have done so before and never had a problem. Well, here's the first. Was supposed to receive my purchase by 12/21 and still nothing. Went to website to dispute and it is no longer up and working. All I get is an err.

I work hard for my money. 30 or 40 may not seem like much, but damn.! When you've set that aside to buy something you otherwise couldn't? Well it's impactful to say the least.

Ad posted on Facebook that appeared to be offering Bath and Body Works candles for a discounted price.

Never received an order acknowledgment, contacted them at their “customer service” email account 4 or 5 times. They continued to indicate package had been delivered but the “tracking” information they provided was an invalid link and/or indicated the “page was not available”

They also continued to insist my “package” had been delivered but had no proof of delivery.

Saw a last minute gift idea for my son. Was in a hurry and went off the comments on FB rather than looking them up. After not hearing anything for a couple days i contacted them. A few days later i received tracking info. I knew that information was false when it said the small town i live in had a sorting station. Eventually said it was delivered, not that i could see. I emailed again and the websites been turned off.

Set up as a bath and body works candle sale. I ordered candles and have never received them. I made an email inquiry with the company on their website and have received no response. Upon trying to retrieve the email to screenshot it for my bank, the website is no longer in service. I do have a receipt from the alleged company from my purchase. I have since disputed the charges and am working with my financial institution to get reimbursed.

Website was set up like Bath & Body Works, after order was processed and paid for email came back as Shineey Inc. Emailed the company left message to cancel order and sent a 2nd email to cancel order. Emailed several times and email [email protected] is no longer working.

Facebook-Placed an order for merchandise & received a receipt for purchase. After double checking discovered it was a fake Bath & Body Works website.

I purchased candles through an online website associated with Bath&Body Works. They were advertised at a reduced price of $3.95. They completed by order, deducted the money from my account on 11/10/23, the same day of the order. I followed up on my order at least 3 times. I did get a response once saying I should receive a tracking number 3-5 days which i did. I used the tracking number and information was provided as if my package was being sent. My last follow up indicated the package was delivered on 11/28/23, however I never received anything. I sent several e mails but never got a response after the first response. I advised that i would be following up with the BBB, but it seems others have been frauded as well.
