I first encountered the seller on Facebook earlier this week and he was willing to sell me 2 puppies for $500 total with a $300 deposit. He said once i made the deposit he would tell me where we can meet to finalize the transaction. Upon making the deposit he wouldn't give me a straight answer as to where we can meet and kept giving me the run around then he proceeds to tell me that my puppies are registered with swiftlogixconnects.com and they would contact me for delivery and that is not what i intended. Then upon demanding he return my money he said he used the money to register with their "agency" and i needed to talk to them. He said in a text message to use the friend and family only option in PayPal and i did not. The "agency" demanded i use the friends and family only option in PayPal otherwise they would not deliver my puppies. They tried to bully me into doing that. I refused.
