The luxurious sweater depicted in the scammers photos is absolutely nothing like the piece of garbage they sent. When I reached out to their customer service I was told I could return the item at my expense or accept 15% refund of the purchase price. Granted this isn't a lot of money, but the principle of false advertising.

I purchased a pair of boots for $109 on 2/16/22 and paid extra for a faster delivery.
I never received my order and I’m trying to speak with someone but there’s no contact phone number or address on file. Do Not buy from this fake company and I hope whoever you are gets caught and pays in prison for fraud.

I ordered shoes from them which were weirdly made and unwearable. I sent an email that I wanted to return them (they only give 14 days to return from date of arrival) and learned that I would have to pay to ship them to China even though they shipped from a warehouse in Burlington, NJ crushed in a mailing envelope!!. When I complained about the cost of returning them to China, I was told I could give them to a friend. I rejected this advice and was offered a 15% credit instead of a refund. The company website does not post reviews or I would have posted one to warn other potential customers.
