RECEIVED JUST THE BLADE also. For a month I have been trying to get an answer as to why I got the blade only. I have requested a refund without a response. It is difficult to see who the company is until your order is placed. I have forwarded to them pictures of the packaging, the blade, etc. I can't believe they can continue to use this ploy to make sales.

I too have only received a useless 24volt battery when the advertisement and picture and suggestion was that they were offering the Stijl GTA26 hand held chain saw. The battery is not even any good if you had wanted it as a spare for the GTA26

Same as others. Ordered 2 of the battery operated chain saws and received 2 useless chains. Without doubt a scam. Last time I buy anything on the internet from these dodgey, dishonest individuals who have a P O Box in Alexandria NSW. These low lives have no right to be in Australia. Operating as CMH Network also. Get rid of them. If they lack the intelligence to make an income honestly then they have no right to be here.

My experience is the same as above. They pictured a battery powered Stil chainsaw with 29.99 ON THE PICTURE. They sent me a chain with straps on it. I don’t want this junk. They will not let me return it and only offered 10% refund. That’s $2.99. I have turned info over to my daughter who is an attorney. Why have they not been shut down with so many people being scammed?

I purchased 3 gta 2020 battery operated chain saws. I received 3 chains with nylon handles. When I placed my order I received notice including a picture of the product I ordered and a little insert pic of the hand held chain. I have reached out to them for weeks. First they deny, then they offered 10% off if I would keep the item. They are now up to 15% if I keep the item. I don’t want what they sent, I now just want them to return my money. This is a total scam. I have reached out to PayPal for assistance. We’ll see. Avoid. I was foolish.
Exact same experience as Norma Gail Wright November 29, 2020 and same product. I ordered my saws end of oct.

This company sent the wrong items and is now telling me to pay shipping to send them back. In addition they only want to give me 20% refund if I’d like to keep the items...incorrect items.

If they don’t refund me I am asking everyone here to create a joint lawsuit to shut them down.

Horrible experience ! I ordered a hand held mini saw BUT only got a metal chain in the mail! This company was paid thru Paypal and I ordered off Facebook. I have learned not to buy off Facebook as here are many scams posted on this site. Scam at its best!

Ordered two Halloween Lanterns from this firm ,they were never delivered ,even though I paid through PayPal I cannot get my money back ,
They sent me 2 fake tracking numbers saying that they were delivered at a cretin date and time ,I have looked on my CCTV there is no evidence of any one coming to my door let alone any delivery van
Paypal took there word over mine

aprés vérification la chaîne reçue n'est pas une chaîne de tronçonneuse mais une chaîne à main c'est à dire comme une chaîne à vélo ! qui comporte un élément coupant tous les 15 cm ! avec à chaque extrémité une boucle en tissu pour tirer dessus .
