I placed an order to Shein on December 3rd as of now... Day 18.''''I still do NOT have tracking information. They sent me a message two nights ago on Instagram messanger stating that the tracking would be updated in 1-2 days and I would not have the items for Christmas.... I then got a follow up email stating that it would be at least another 3-5 days on top of that until I would receiving tracking information.... This is a very very very long time to be waiting not sure what the situation is going on with this company

I made an online purchase on 11/30 and on 12/4 I went to check when my purchase would arrive and there was NO RECORD of my purchase it had the pictures of the items I ordered as just a viewed selection but I had $22 and some change debited out of my acct and I had to file a dispute with my bank for it.... NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!

They will ask for your credit card photo and id photo.NEVER EVER EMAIL SOMEONE YOUR PERSONAL DATA OVER UN-SECURE EMAIL!!

They debited my account for a purchase I placed than emailed and said I need to send a copy of drivers license and cc. Cant get ahold of anyone want my refund. Heres what they sent

I am contacting you from our fraud prevention department. We are emailing you to let you know that your order has been placed on hold. Our security system flagged your order as "at risk". To move forward with your order we would need additional information from you to verify that you are the cardholder. This is to verify that you are indeed the actual cardholder and this is not a fraudulent order.

1. Please send us a screenshot of the front of your credit card with only showing the name and last 4 digits of the card that you used to make the purchase. Please see the below picture for your reference. You only need to show us the highlighted areas and the rest of it should be covered or blacked out.

2. Please send us a screenshot of your driver's license, passport, or national identity card. Please only show us the name and please cover or black out the rest of the information.

With the information that you are showing in the pictures we will not be able to do anything except for verifying the cardholder. After we have reviewed your documents, we will dispose of them in a legal manner and you will not be asked to verify this credit card again. If you have any questions about this email please feel free to contact customer service online and submit a ticket at Shein.com.

If we do not receive a response in three days, your order will be canceled and your refund will be processed back to the card. Hope to hear from you soon!
