I purchased two keyboards and two keyboard stickers for $38.00 the delivery was supposed to be Free. Shein charged $3.99 for delivery bait and switch. They cancelled two keyboards but sent keyboard stickers. Doesn't make sense. They don't have boxes to send out merchandise which is a lie. They impersonated me and pretended I cancelled order then when busted said they didn't have boxes. Buy some from your own stock. They tried to rob me and need new owners and employees. They are currently being sued for unsavory business practices. I experienced it firsthand.

This Spanish speaking [censored] bought 350$ worth of UGLY clothes from SHEIN delivered to 8020 NW 66th st
ALACHUA, FL, US, 33166 after hacking into my account. The tracking says delivered to Richard R. He got into my account somehow, changed the phone number to 809*****76 and somehow responded to my email to SHEIN telling them my account was hacked and the order was not mine. I see many other people have dealt with the same person. 10/16/2023

I used the Shein App to purchase items that I have never received. I called these 2 customer service numbers 843-473-8884 and 844-802-2500. I spoke with a person who was extremely confrontational and kept hanging up on me when asking in the kindess way possible, this person was extremely rude. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they proceeded to hang up on me and say that the information with the tracking numbers and order numbers was incorrect and wrong. I have all of that information I have written doen with the cash amount that was debited from my credit card.

I placed a order for clothing days later i went to check on my shipment and noticed they charged me for something i didnt order. I contacted them and was told just send it back, i dont play these games if i order something and dont like it i never return because its a pain, asked them to credit my account and they refused, it was their mistake and now im paying for it. Like some other complaints here - the transaction was processed, and a day later I received an email saying that their Fraud Prevention department had flagged my $7.99 order.

They asked for additional info, providing two options. Literally, a "screenshot" of the bank transaction; or a 6-digit confirmation code that would be provided by my bank. I perused my bank transaction history looking for any such codes associated with previous transactions, and wasn't able to find anything that resembled the request.

I cancelled my order, as this is too many hoops to jump through for a meme t-shirt. Never been asked to provide this type of info before.

When customers place order it doesn’t say if items are coming from US or China . I called CS spoke it Ali and he said items I am returning is from China so he is ask me to pay additional $7.99 per item . I told him they allowed the return label and now they have my items that I return and they refunded me and they said it was in error so they have to charge my card again , I said no because they now have items I returned. They said if I want items back I have to pay shipping to get items back . I told him I want to return it so you need to refund me . And we just got into back and forth with out any resolution so . I want to report them . For not honoring their retun policy and for making sure they no longer do business here in USA

I used their online store to purchase a large shipment of clothes. I returned what did not fit four months ago and was told that non-SHEIN items were sent back and my return has not yet been processed. They keep telling me that they will send photos of these supposed items, and never have. After four months, any photos their “warehouse” sends me are likely not even my return at all. They kept my returned clothes, and my money!

They refunded my order within an hour of placing it because I heard horror stories about the company. Like their packages are infested with bugs (such as spiders and other creepy crawlies). So naturally, I canceled. They didn’t give me a full refund because I used a coupon. Apparently it’s company policy that the coupon used is non-refundable. Yet, that was never something that was made aware when using the coupon in the first place. I basically paid to use the coupon! It may have only been $2.99 but that’s still my money. They refused to budge over the deal. Basically, I'm here to say don’t shop at Shein. Even though they have super cute clothes for super cheap prices, don't shop on this website. Keep the $2.99 and the bug infested clothes!

Ordered and paid for a package of $100 worth of items for package to never even get shipped. Company won’t give me a refund or response to fix this and instead just asks it’s customers to ‘please be patient’ as they will be in contact within 24 hours. It’s been days without any contact. I am clearly not the first one to have this issue- check any of their social media and you’ll see plenty others have complained of the same issue.

I purchased something for $169.00 and that’s all I was charged and the total. A day later they charged me another $3.39 for no reason!! They stole 3.39 from my card and I didn’t authorize that charge

Most scammers do that to see if you're paying attention to your card transactions. They start with a couple small amounts then they empty out your bank account or credit card.

It is the holidays and Shein has decided what perfect way to celebrate than to engage in deplorable business schemes and victimize their customers with FRAUD. I placed an order on their amateur website (more on that later) and immediately was sent an email that my order was confirmed. (1)

With the transaction completed, I patiently awaited for more information. I received an email a couple days later stating that my order had been shipped. (2)

When I went to track my package with the tracking order that Shein provided, I was informed by the USPS website that my package HAD NOT been shipped, and that merely a tracking number had been created. (3)

This is my first time ordering from this website and it is incredibly unfortunate to have such an awful experience. SHEIN IS SCAMMING PEOPLE. It’s that simple and it is that transparent. Multiple reviews of customers never having received packages. Please save your money. What kind of website doesn’t have a customer service number or working email? And only automated computer messages? RED FLAGS.

Trust and believe I WILL be getting my money, I will take this to every social media platform if I have to.

I recently purchased, what I had thought purchased, $140.51 worth of clothes on Black Friday from the clothing website SheIn. On Saturday morning when I went to check my order status it said that the order was never placed, however when I look on my mobile banking app the money was in fact taken out of my account not once but twice. So in this intense I was charged double, $281.02, and never received any of my items, let alone had my order placed. I tried contacting a customer support on their website and they had no type of contact support for me to receive help. I can't get my money back, nor did I get any clothes so I really need my money back or my clothes ordered.

I ordered something from them It never came and they were asking questions that did not make sense. They took $48 from me.

I purchased from Shein.com. The item came broken in two spots. Complete garbage. I cannot get through to them via their website and cannot find any phone number. Impossible to return. Scam

THIS COMPANY IS NOT DELIVERING THE ITEMS YOU PAY FOR. IT GIVES YOU A NOTICE THAT THE SHIPPING IS DELAYED BUT THAT THEY ARE WORKING HARD TO GET ALL ORDERS IN TRANSIT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BUT THE SHIPPING NEVER MOVES OR CHANGES STATUS. IT SHOWS SHIPPED SO YOU CAN'T ASK FOR REFUND, BUT THEN THEY DON'T DELIVER YOUR ORDER. I ORDERED ON 05/14/2020 AND THE PACKAGE HAS NO DISPOSITION.

I ordered 50$ worth of clothes from here they never came they charged my card never got my money back or a conformation email when I ordered the clothes. There is no number to contact and I’m hearing I’m not the only one.

My name is Darica Pate. The order number my order is GSHMX9003000QFH. The tracking number through fed ex is 392303436671. I ordered on April 22nd and they updated the shipping info on their app on May 3rd saying they shipped my package. It wasnt updated in FedEx. Today is Tuesday May,19 it still says in fed ex that it hasnt been received. This company also says that its international but FedEx told me its from California. They advertise to contact support through their website but theres no way. They use to have a live chat but its not there. There email doesnt work. They wont answer dms. Someone commented on their page that ScamPulse.com has a case about them AND THEN they responded to that person's comment. This is a scam.
