I was looking for a Suncast Shed. Found it on Shedbuilders, wanted two sheds, each one costing $399 for a total purchase of $798(no sales tax). The same day after purchase the link to the website was unavailable. It has been the case since that day. I emailed them twice asking where the product was and also that I wanted my money back. Never hearing from them, I then disputed the charge with my credit card. That has been going on for over two months. The credit card denied my credit for the foul play purchase, and I am making a complaint to show that this website and company is a SCAM. the company does not exist. The merchant had until Oct 29 to answer the credit card company, and did so as late as Oct 26, and all I have that they told the credit card was "THAT NO CREDIT WAS DUE", what kind of nonsense response is that? and how did the credit card determine that they were not a scam? Because I cant get in touch with anyone and the website does not exist.
