Stone Mountain, GA in which he claimed to sell to somebody else then I kept my distance from him he called me back during the new year and said he had another house for rent for less at 773 Brittany Ct, Stone Mountain, GA So when we went to go check it out and then he forced me into making a deposit because someone would take it away quickly like the previous house. So he wanted me to give a deposit and the first month's rent saying that I will get the keys by Friday in which he never contacted me back. He has blocked my number preventing contact after receiving the money he sent me documents via email and which I signed in thinking that I would have a property but he is a scammer. We was able to see inside both houses via him giving access on a keypad for the door. He is a dangerous person praying opon people that need a home my wife and her mom had funny vibs from him. I regret sending him money. Its so hard to get people to trust these days when trying to get a place to stay, I was scammed twice on Craigslist with the last getting $120 for a fake application fee with no hard results. I didn't want to ever look for property again this is not a good feeling.
