This person posted on Facebook Marketplace they were looking for a personal assistant for their realtor business and that they would pay me $500/weekly. They immediately "hired" me and told me to start posting ads under my own profile on Craigslist and on Facebook Marketplace. The interested individuals contacting me said they couldn't believe how cheap this nice home for rent was and they were flooding my inbox with interest. I felt it was fishy and a google search showed that this is a money laundering scheme that gets schmucks like me caught in the crosshairs. I deleted the posts and blocked the person on my phone.
