Type of a scam Online Purchase
When we made the payment, we received an email that stated the payment went to "Sharon Cherono" and that the "product has shipped". We asked him twice if he knew "Sharon Cherono" and he answered "yes" the second time. I asked who is Sharon, and he said "My PA".
We sent a screenshot with all of our personal information blurred out, then he asked for us to "confirm receipt". We said, no, we would not do that until we had received something. He said "if you don't see it my way, then cancel" but there was no cancel option on Paypal, only the option to contact the seller.
When we contacted the seller via email, I told him to check his email and cancel the transaction and he said "What email address do you want the tickets in?" I repeated that we wanted to cancel the transaction, and that he needed to check his email and cancel it.
Then he replied that he couldn't access his email at the moment (even though he could access PayPal and FaceBook Messenger?)
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE EMAIL ADDRESSES [email protected] AND [email protected] ARE FRAUDULENT.
