I saw a sale for sharkpaws of dog clothes and matching people hoodies while on Facebook and that brought me to a website and I ordered a lot. I recieved a email confirmation and then a tracking number through track718 . After month of back and forth through email they offered a 40% refund and apologized for the delay . They did refund but not 40% and then after almost 3 weeks after package was supposedly delivered delivered by the USPS and I had repeatedly asked for a valid tracking number since the one they kept referring to started with 5 letters they finally gave another tracking number but no package has arrived
