Type of a scam Online Purchase

I saw a sale for a company called Garage and decided to order. I placed an order for $66.63. Shipping said 2-4 business days and I continued to wait around 2 weeks. My tracking number didn’t work on anything. I continued to try contacting the company and eventually they ghosted me. I sent another email saying I would contact my bank and then they immediately responded. They tried to give me only a 60% refund and I said I wanted all of my money back as I never got the items I paid for even though they said delivered. Then they said they could only do a 90% refund and I said 100% and if they didn’t I’d call my bank. Eventually they agreed to give me a 100% refund and said it was take 15-25 days as they had to claim the order as lost. Two days later I got refunded $26.69 and never got the other portion of my money. When going back to the website it now says Shar Chim and not Garage and I now know I ordered from a company that falsely advertised itself, never gave me product, and took my money.
