When you purchase something you are automatically signed up for a ‘club’

I went to the website and did not make the purchase, but charged me for 3 bras somehow (probably through PayPal or Shopify that I have apps for). Noticed it after the 1 hour mark and refused to cancel the order.

After not receiving my order, promised on 5/2 at time of order placement, the tracking information I used on their website informed me my order was not found and no tracking information was available. My account was charged $49.11. I contact them this evening, via online chat, and requested three times to cancel my order and get a refund. I was informed I could only cancel an order within one hour of placing it and that it would arrive in a "few days". When asked to receive the tracking info the agent referred to, she said she would email it. No email received. On the chat, they offered me a free item AFTER I placed my next order! I haven't received my first order and I am supposed to place a second order to get a "free" item?

I want my money refunded and order cancelled.
