DO NOT BUY this bra - this company is a scam and is making a lot of $$$ off women. I took measurements as indicated on website, when I received the bra which was not in 5-7 days it DID NOT fit! I emailed them for a return and refund, they asked for pics of the bra and the packaging, which I supplied. After NO response and 3 weeks later, I emailed them again and they indicated they sent me the correct size and they would send me a replacement bra for a minimal reshipping fee. Please don’t buy from this company, they are a SCAM!!!!,

Ordered in January took over a month to receive and the product is defective and not as described company refuses to give a refund. From my research this is happening over and over again.

The website offers undergarment products. The products are not what they are displayed as. The website offers a 30 day money back guarantee for items. Items arrived damaged and they are refusing to refund the items. There is no customer service phone number, only email. The email exchange is robotic, saying the same things over and over no matter the context.

Placed order end of August. Tracking info stated the item left carrier in NJ (I live in NJ) on September 6, 2024 and the package never arrived. I asked multiple times for a refund and the lastest response was they are investigating with the carrier and can not refund at this time.

I saw an ad on social media for a bra through this company. I went to their website ordered a bra. I received a completely different size than what I ordered. I went onto their website to request a replacement and the only contact was an email. I emailed them. They responded back and stated that they do not offer refunds, unless the item was damaged due to the nature that the items are undergarments. I responded back to them and stated that on their website it states they have a 100% moneyback guarantee for 30 days. Have not heard back from them.
