I purchased two bras from this company. They told me it was delivered to my address. They had a photo on file of where it was delivered. The photo was not of my address. They said they are not responsible for items that are delivered to the wrong address and i have to pay a reshipping fee to have the items reshipped.

I placed order on 1-15-25. Received items 1-23-25. Emailed 1-24-25 stating I wanted to return shipment for refund. 1-24-25 received ackowledgement of request. Since that time, everytime I email I get the same ackowlegement. There are no phone numbers and no physical address which I noticed too late. I now know I lost my money and they have my credit card information. I would like the public warned about tjis company.

Complaint Against Shapedly

I am filing this complaint regarding an item I purchased from shapedly. I followed the sizing guidelines provided on their website, but the item was far too large when it arrived. The company claims that they offer “easy returns” if contacted via email. However, my experience has been anything but easy.

After emailing them to initiate a return, I received an automated confirmation that my ticket had been received and was informed they would follow up. Despite this, I have not heard back. I have sent multiple follow-up emails and attempted to contact the company through their social media platforms, but I have received no response.

The company does not provide a phone number for customer service, leaving me with no way to resolve this issue. This lack of communication is unacceptable, and I feel that their advertised “easy returns” policy is misleading.

I hope this complaint helps hold the company accountable and prevents others from experiencing the same frustration.
