I hired shamrock chimney to clean my chimney. They sent two technicians who stated they cleaned my chimney but did not. When I called several times I was finally told by Chris that I could not get a refund but they would send someone out to clean the chimney. They stated that they sent a team of techs out but I refused to let them in the house which is not true. Chris from shamrock chimney then began yelling at me. Chris stated his boss refused to offer ma refund.
