They advertised a facial cream by Peter Thomas Roth. They showed his advertisement and used his product in the ad. The product they are selling has the same exact black tube and lettering, and sells for $9.99 at Walmart. They dont show the product until it goes to the next page, but I connected before that. I saw the commercial the following day, it was a different one and I spotted the switch and bait. I immediately looked into canceling the order, they give you six hours only to cancel. I contacted them and they offered me a three dollar discount. I asked for a return address to send it back. They offered a $6 discount. Then after asking again for a refund I was offered a $10 refund. I declined. The order was placed in December. It arrived yesterday. I received another email telling me it needed to be returned back to China. The package is from California. I was also told there was a $20 return fee. Im still waiting for the address. I have contacted my credit card company, I canceled the card number. It was pending but my credit card company paid them. So I have dispuuted the charge, but dont have any hope that I will get my money back. I was playing a game from Google, and the ads pop up. They have other legit companies that advertise. I will never order anything again from anyone that advertises on these sites. They also go under other names, they also claimed they were from Hong Kong. I have forwarded all of the email correspondence to my credit card company. I'd like to shut these rip off companies down. They are taking advantage of people and also taking business away from the company that orginally made the product.
