I purchased 4 robotic animals. They sent me a receipt with $99.99 as the total. Then my credit card was charged $115.00. I tried to contact them 3 times via email. They had no phone number on their site. They did not respond to my emails. So I complained to my credit card company. They took the whole amount off of my bill until it can be resolved. I finally got the animals, and they were absolutely nothing like the advertisement. They didn't do the things they were supposed to do. The cats' faces were deformed so that they didn't even look like cats. They advertised that they worked with a USB cord and they were rechargeable. But really they took 2 AA batteries each. They say they are made and shipped in the U.S. and even have a California address on the mailing label. But I'm quite sure they were made in and sent from China.
