I purchased an item from online over 2 months ago, have never received the item. I reached out through email in which they continue to insist my item was delivered to the address I provided for delivery. I have told them over and over that I have never received the item and they keep offering percentages of a refund back. They started at a 20% refund, then 60% and now 80%. I've now determined that they are nothing but scammers getting rich off of taking peoples money for products that don't exist. I made the purchase through facebook I believe and the item was supposably through Walmart.

It was a website on Facebook. It was a collapsible christmas tree. I paid 49.99 on Oct 18th. When they sent me a tracking number i was watching for it. Then all of a sudden it showed delivered. So i went check and it wasnt here. They refused to give me a refund since it showed delivered. All of my communications with is through email only. I tried to get them to call me but they didn't.

I ordered a shelving unit from an ad on Instragram that identified itself as "QVC", so that's who I thought I was ordering from. The order was processed and paid in January 2024, but I never received the item. It was purported to have been delivered in February, but never received. I have been having an ongoing email conversation since February regarding a refund, but they keep making excuses and delay tactics.

Scammer used a reputable product to front illegitamate activity. I read reviews of product and thought I was buying from an established company. When I began traking the package, I quickly because suspicious becausse the traking number was not working. I emailed customer service, and they assured me it was enroute and gave me a tracking number again. This tracking number was invalid. I inquired again and the response said it had just been delivered the night before. I quickly responded that I had never received any package. At this I was told that they would contact the shipping company to confirm delivery. I didn't hear back. I contacted them a 4th time. Once again, I was told the item had been delivered, but since there seemed to be an issue, they would return 30% of the cost of the product. I never received any type of reimbursement. Now the links to visit their site or to contact customer service are no longer working.
