After placing the order I had a shipping address and a billing address after I entered my credit card number and made the transaction it did not accept the delivery address it took the billing address which is me and then I reached out to call them and there was no phone number only a email then I emailed them and Heather reached out to me a day later wanting me to confirm my address and I indicated I am the billing address it was being shipped to a Las Vegas address and for some odd reason Heather never respond ed to whether she understood that I am the billing address and it was to be shipped to the Las Vegas delivery address and after the third email of her asking the same question I realize that I was dealing with a robot I was not dealing with the real person and if I was I would deal with someone who did not understand or speak English very well then finally she indicated to me that the shipment was on its way this was last night the 20th and I had already then did research and found out there is no phone number and their ratings are zero everyone on the website was scammed the dogs didn't look like what they were supposed to they never got their money refunded so I immediately reached out to Heather again and told her do not ship anything to me return my money and I would be going to the ScamPulse.com and then immediately Heather reached out and said we're sending it to the Las Vegas address and I reached out and told her no no I want my money refunded you keep your dolls.
