Type of a scam Worthless Problem-solving Service Scam

Order has not been sent, kept my money!

I've made an order on their website on September 4 and although I've been tracking in Track718 (from the emails I receive from them) it seems that something is wrong!

It says that the package was delivered on October 7 at 15:27 and signed, but I haven't received anything!

I went to the courier website and the information is the same.
I need to know where this package was delivered and who signed it.

I've contacted [email protected] and they've ansewered "We apologize for the inconvenience, your new package is already in transit, in this case, please wait another 8-10 working days. Thanks for your understanding.

Nothing has been sent again!

I've send an email asking for the tracking Link and thy're not answering my emails.

Ps - The website where I did my order in not live anymore.

Spoon & Fork set instead of foldable treadmill

Total SCAM! I purchased an $82 foldable treadmill, I realise now I should've known it was a scam just by the price but the website looked 100% legitimate and there were so many Facebook comments talking about how great the product was and to take advantage of the sale, I did so much research but still got scammed, they won't even give me my refund and keep saying sorry, we're looking into the error. They're trash!

Gold spoons instead of benchtops dishwasher

I was buying a benchtop simple dishwasher from an ad which popped up on my Facebook feed and thought that's cheap maybe too good to be true and received stainless steel gold spoons four weeks later cost $78 AU, no benchtop dishwasher? I emailed the [email protected] and a day later the tracking info site cannot be reached.
