I got scammed out of an online purchase for shoes..ive been waiting 2 months for a response

They claim they sent shoes out but i never received em..they sent me another tracking claiming they sent a second pair out because ain get the first..but i haven’t received either shoe & they are very poor with communication i waited nearly 3 months for a response & i still haven’t got my shoes or refund back at all

They never sent me what I ordered gave me a tracking number that i followed for a month till it said delivered and I never received anything I’ve emailed them over 10x and I just keep getting the same automated email response
